Considering that most people spend approximately one-third of their life in bed, mattress quality can make a huge difference between waking up feeling refreshed and waking up in pain.

But there is another factor that can impact the quality of your sleep and how well rested and pain free you wake… its the alignment of your spine.

A study of 80 people revealed that the test group who received chiropractic care experienced improved subjective sleep quality (as measured on the Epworth Sleepiness Scale) over the test group who didn’t receive chiropractic.
