A few tips that will help make your body more Alkaline<\/span><\/p>\n

Reduce your red meat intake. It makes you acidic. You might even want to try laying off it for a few weeks to help launch your body towards<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reduce coffee<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decrease alcohol intake<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don’t smoke at all<\/strong><\/p>\n

Limit your carbohydrate intake<\/strong><\/p>\n

Get more ‘quality’ sleep and just more sleep period (if you’re falling asleep or waking with neck or back pain then your sleep is not going to be high quality)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Boost your fresh fruit intake:\u00a0 Including more berries, melons, avocados, pears, peaches, apples<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take a supplement that has more Magnesium and Vitamin C in it. Don’t take too much or it is taxing on the organs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eat more spinach, kale, broccoli and sweet potatoes\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
